Overview

Bennovate sp. z o.o. ("we", "us") uses certain third-party service providers (subprocessors) to assist in providing the Avantwerk platform. These subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

This page lists the subprocessors we currently engage. We maintain appropriate data processing agreements with each subprocessor to ensure they meet GDPR and other applicable data protection requirements.

We will update this list when we engage new subprocessors or remove existing ones. Customers who have subscribed to notifications will be informed of material changes.

Transfer Mechanisms

For subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): EU-approved contractual terms for international transfers
EU-US Data Privacy Framework: For certified US-based processors
Adequacy Decisions: Transfers to countries with adequate data protection levels
Supplementary Measures: Additional technical and organisational safeguards as required
