1. Scope and controller
This policy covers storage and access technologies on avantwerk.com, avantwerk.co.uk and avantwerk.pl. The controller is Bennovate sp. z o.o.; details and rights are in the Website Privacy Notice. Customer-built sites and the authenticated CRM may use different technologies controlled or configured by the relevant Customer and are not described by this public-site inventory.
2. Rule
Strictly necessary technology may operate without consent only where the applicable statutory exemption applies. Analytics, advertising and other non-essential storage or access require a valid choice before activation. Continuing to browse is not consent. A choice must be as easy to refuse or withdraw as to give.
3. Measured public-site inventory
The following facts were measured from the public HTTP responses and delivered page source on 1 September 2026. An interactive browser consent test was unavailable, so this table does not assert that analytics is technically blocked before consent.

No Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Hotjar identifier is declared as active in this canonical inventory. An integration available inside the CRM does not mean its tracker runs on an Avantwerk public website.
4. Current technical limitation
The source confirms that GA4 code is delivered, but the available evidence does not prove whether the live consent control prevents GA4 storage or access before a choice. Until that behaviour is verified, Bennovate does not represent that consent mode is compliant. The correct operational action is to disable non-essential tags or configure and test prior blocking before relying on analytics.
5. Managing a choice
Where a consent control is displayed, use it to accept, refuse or revisit non-essential categories. Browser controls may also delete or block storage, but they do not replace Bennovate's duty to obtain consent where required. Questions or withdrawal requests may be sent to [email protected].
